Depth dose distributions were obtained for a mulitilayer absorber composed of Ti, air, cellulose triacetate(CTA) and backing material of different elemtnts (Pb, Sn, Fe, and Al) when they were irradiated with 300 keV electrons. The results were compared with the calculated value using computational code for multilayer absorber(EDMULT) developed by Tabata et al. Depth dose in CTA exceeds the calculated value near the surface while the depth dose was smaller than the calculated as the depth becomes closer to the range of fncident electrons.
